Mercer & Jason Associates is a global leader in consulting services for the human capital, benefits, pensions and investments areas. Present in Portugal since 1993, it has been supporting clients (national and multinational) to understand, develop, implement and quantify their human resources programs and policies. In 2015, they launched the book HED (Human Experience Design), a management talent handbook to inspire HR professionals to bring their organizations to the next level of leadership and personnel development. FINEPAPER worked together with Mercer & Jason Associates to produce the book and all its graphical and creative challenges.

Cover in 300g/m2 Trucard paper, offset printing in 3/0 colors – black, silver and fluor. Uncoated lamination, hot stamping with holograhic foil. Body in 130g/m2 Munken Pure paper, offset printing in 3/3 colors. Body sewn to cover.
